Role: To support the HR and internal recruitment process from initial attraction of candidates, to the retention of staff within the business. Responsibilities: Human Resources: Managing HR software system Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement Reporting on staff retention Issuing of of company policies to employees Supporting management with contractual disputes, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters, and absence management, including long term sick, to ensure current legislation and best practice are demonstrated. Attending meetings as required. Provision of HR administration in matters of discipline, poor performance, grievance, absence monitoring, flexible working, maternity/paternity leave etc. Ensure GDPR compliance through deletion requests, subject access requests and regular audits of data collated for internal staff. Implementing and conducting training programmes in adhoc circumstances. Implementing ISO9001 regulations around induction and training for new and existing staff Administration of training sessions; input onto HR software system, ISO training plan, training registers. Preparation and updating of HR reports with analysis of qualitative and quantitative data for key trends - absence, exit interviews, employee engagement, productivity. Recruitment and retention: Working with Directors and Managers to understand vacancy requirements Managing Assessment Days where required Advertising job vacancies through company website, job boards, hard copy media and other means necessary. Headhunting of experienced consultants Effective use of the advanced functionality on LinkedIn Recruiter Liaising with R2Rs where required Telephone interviewing and face to face interviewing potential candidates Liaising directly with managers and Directors to arrange interviews Providing verbal offers, compiling offer letters & sending contracts ensuring strict confidentiality. Supporting the new employee induction process and ensuring all necessary new starter documentation is on HR Software system. Starter packs being sent out, manager's diaries prepared for induction or their new staff. On boarding of new employees General administration and input to in-house database Supporting the implementation of ISO9001 regulations around induction and training or new and existing staff What we offer: Hours: 40 hours per week - 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexitime available) Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (DOE) Holidays: 22 days + bank holidays (raising to 25 days with length of service) Training and Development Scheme Benefits: Pension scheme, chance to attend monthly lunch clubs, flexitime.
