About the Role The Workshop Controller role is one of the busiest and most important roles on the site. As the Workshop Controller you will be responsible for the planning and managing of incoming work, managing the time and the resources of your team. You will assign work to your team of technicians ensuring that costs are managed, regular updates are available on the system and that deadlines are adhered to. You will assist the Bodyshop Manager in leading, coaching and developing your team of technicians and ensure that we are getting the best out of our team so that they can perform to the highest level. About you We are looking for a highly-motivated individual who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience carrying out the Workshop Controller role or a similar role where you are able to demonstrate managing staff and planning workload. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
