Summary We are seeking to appoint a talented and dynamic individual to come and join the Student Experience & Engagement team at the University of Salford as Student Voice & Engagement Officer. The post-holder will work as part of the Student Experience and Engagement team within the Directorate of Student Experience and Support. The Student Experience and Engagement Team works across the student body and university, championing the student experience and ensuring that our students are at the heart of everything we do. The team leads on student communications and engagement, capture and representation of the student voice and a range of support services including mentoring, equality and diversity and widening participation. Reporting to the Student Voice and Engagement Manager, you will work as part of a lively team delivering and working towards a number of University and Department objectives around the representation of the views of our students and enhancing the Student Experience. This is a key role which delivers on all aspects of our student surveys within the University including the National Student Survey, Graduate Outcomes, Module Review, The Salford Student Survey and others. As well as having a keen eye for data and statistical analysis you will have the opportunity to work on other student facing projects such as our Welcome activities for our new and current students that take place in September and January. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to liaise and build purposeful relationships with both staff and students alike as well as providing an efficient service to the Academic Schools across the University.
