Summary Clinical Unit Manager (Days) Accepting:- RGN/RMN (Looking To Upskill Themselves For This Role) Up to £38,000pa Ardenlea Court, Solihull About the role Whether you're in charge of a unit or a floor at Ardenlea Court the day-to-day lives of your residents will be shaped by your care and dedication. You'll lead your team to ensure that everything we do provides the absolute highest quality of service - not to mention developing the kind of deep relationships that make residents' lives longer, healthier and happier. What you'll be doing Leading your team, you will be in charge of all day-to-day care activity in your designated unit or floor within the home, including maintaining accurate records for each of our residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents, whilst at the same time building excellent personal relationships with both them and their families Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies, you will play an important role in raising the care home's profile within the community It is likely that, from time to time, you will be expected to provide cover outside of normal hours and to be on call at times. You will work a 40 hour week doing 9am - 5pm shifts. You will be expected to work 1 in 2 weekends but only one day of the weekend and you will get a day off n the weekend to compensate for this day. The hours will be split between supernumerary and clinical. Who we're looking for Ideally a level one Registered Nurse or demonstrable experience of working as a Unit manager in a nursing home, managing a team of nurses.
