Summary Riverside have 2 unique opportunities for a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, working full time on a permanent basis. You'll earn £21,451 per year, increasing to £22,459 after 18 months, dependent on performance. Who you'll be helping Riverside Retirement Living services enables our customers to maintain their independence. What will you do? As a trusted member of our team, you will cover a set geographical area, overseeing the booking of external activities for approximately 40 schemes. It is the responsibility of the Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to source, manage and book events and activities as well as liaising with scheme staff to make these initiatives happen in our service. One role will be responsible for overseeing the North, the other role covering our southern schemes. As the main focus of the role is office based and not delivering initiatives in our services, some travel is required but it not the main focus of the role. Day to day Your usual responsibilities as a Retirement Living, Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will include: • Liaising with event providers • Sourcing new suppliers and providers • Sourcing external initiatives • Facilitate bookings and arrange the events with scheme staff • Work with customers ensuring initiatives are meeting their needs and are relevant in order to maximise the benefits and keeping the customers at the heart of any planning. • Researching local services within the area of each Retirement Living Scheme. • Travel to schemes for meetings and meeting staff and customers.
