Summary Becoming a marketing product manager in Customer Management Location Leeds or London We are looking for a marketing manager to develop and lead the marketing activities for our suite of technology-enabled products and service lines within Customer Management You will be responsible for crafting the messaging and positioning for our products and develop innovative marketing programmes that drive demand for existing and new customers. Attention to detail, an eye for quality and the ability to translate technical capabilities into outcomes and benefits is crucial. You will be the expert in potential buyers and their buying criteria, which you will build into marketing activity and transfer knowledge to the business development team. The ability to work with stakeholders at all levels is essential. What you will do: Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates your products in the market Articulate and communicate the value proposition of the products and solutions to the business development team and develop the tools to support sales enablement Work closely with the innovation and solutions team to define requirements, develop or refine products Conduct analysis to determine product positioning, market segmentation and prioritisation Use market intelligence and customer insight to be the expert on potential customers and competitors Work with the sector marketing manager to identify opportunities where our product capability could strengthen our go to market activity in our industry verticals Support account-based marketing by working with the Partnership Directors and business development leads for our existing contracts to identify opportunities where our product suite could strengthen our existing delivery capability or support our customers with emerging challenges Your skills and experience will include: At least 5 years product development experience, taking products to new and existing customers, with a proven record of ROI Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage the combination of commercial objectives and customer requirements Creativity and innovation Self-starter with the ability to work with stakeholders and independently Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs Expertise in online and digital marketing execution and understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics.
