Daily responsibilities will be: • To receive and service inbound customer queries • Contact customers to book appointments for Engineers • Communicate with Engineers to confirm details • Promote additional services available Working in a busy team there will be weekly incentives to work towards winning such as an early finish to your day! The company has a shift system which allows for a full social life, no late nights and only one Saturday every three weeks.
