You will be responsible for ensuring that your team of Administrators are trained, coached and fully equipped to provide the best possible service at all times to the customer. Highly supportive of the team around you, you will demonstrate strong people management and team working skills and the ability to work with people at all levels. Ensuring the team tasks are carried out and liaising with Commercial Manager and Operational Lead. The ideal candidate will take a central role in a cohesive, performance driven, flexible team and ensure that their knowledge of the company, product and the client is sufficient to enable them to fulfil their role effectively. Team Leader Tasks & Responsibilities - -Scheduling in advance ensuring all planned maintenance jobs are booked with the client. -Creation of attendance packs for the engineers. -Using the systems and reports available to continually improve efficiency. -Ordering plant to be delivered to site for high level work. -Liaising with engineers to ensure their work is achievable, dealing with job queries. -Processing engineers holidays/expenses and timesheets. -Keeping Team Leader up to date. -Ensuring e-mails are responded to in a timely manner. -Tracking WIP and creating invoices to the clients.
